At Dripnime, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — under the guidelines below.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@dripnime.store with your order number.
No Refunds for Incorrect Size Selection
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for errors related to choosing the wrong size.
Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges for Defective Items
We stand by our product quality and will gladly replace any defective or incorrect items.
Eligible Defects:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or print)
Claim Submission:
- Contact us at support@dripnime.store within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Exchange Process:
- Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange an exchange with a new item.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued for the defective item only.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
- Custom-made items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@dripnime.store with your order number, issue description, and photo evidence (if applicable).
- If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds (Defective Items Only)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You’ll be notified if your refund or replacement is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
