Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Below is everything you need to know about how your anime tees get from our printers to your door.

Where We Ship

  • United States only (all 50 states & DC).
  • We don’t currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

  • 1–2 business days to process your order before it ships.
  • Business days are Mon–Fri (PST), excluding U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm (noon) PST may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery: 4–12 business days after processing.
  • Total estimated timeline: 4–14 business days from the time you place the order.

Heads up: This is a good-faith estimate. Weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or address issues can occasionally extend delivery windows.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and item(s).
  • We partner with reputable U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • Expedited shipping isn’t available yet, but we’re working on it.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your item leaves the facility.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Split Shipments

To get your order to you faster, items may ship from different U.S. production partners. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate packages and tracking numbers at no extra cost.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Enter your complete and accurate address at checkout (apt/suite numbers included).
  • If you need to correct an address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.
  • We’re not responsible for deliveries marked “Delivered” by the carrier to the address provided. Please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier. If you still need help, reach out to us.

Undeliverable / Returned-to-Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs. We’ll contact you to confirm a corrected address before reshipping.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • PO Boxes: Usually supported via USPS (timelines may vary).
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Currently not supported.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.

Late, Lost, or Damaged Items

  • Late: If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost: If the carrier confirms a loss, we’ll replace or refund per our policy.
  • Damaged: Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as pre-order or backordered, the product page will show the best available ship date. Your order will ship once the item becomes available.

Holiday Peaks

During major holidays and sales, processing and shipping may extend beyond the standard windows. We’ll post any known delays on-site.

Returns

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery (no exchanges). Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full instructions and eligibility details.
